I am not always a fan of oatmeal, but this was delicious. i also had a 1/2 c yogurt to fill me up for breakfast. I shared it with my co-workers and they loved it. My milk mixture did not sink down in the dish enough to wet all the dry ingredients and I had a bunch of crumbs in the final product. I didn't do any of the fruit (fruit is 0 points) and came up with slightly fewer WW points. My daughter is allergic to nuts. It was soggy, is that normal? I did have it a few days but by about the 4th day it had turned sour – I'm assuming it was related to the cooked fruits. Mmmmm…made this today. I made it this morning with a couple of minor revisions since I didn’t have all the ingredients on hand. Oh my Goodness I think I just died and went to heaven. Delicious! This looks awesome! Imagine the softness of an oatmeal with a smooth bread pudding like consistency in the middle, then golden brown oats that are a little more firm on top. We made two small changes – We used 2 1/2 sliced bananas to cover the bottom so we smashed the remaining half and mixed it in with the milk. Yay! I have another baked oatmeal recipe, not skinny like this, that I can make ahead of time and let sit overnight in the fridge, then just pop in the oven in the morning to bake.
